The Gunflint Trail Historical Society oversees operations of Chik-Wauk Museum and Nature Center.
Since 2005, the Gunflint Trail Historical Society has worked to restore the historic Chik-Wauk Lodge and transform the building into a premiere museum and nature center. Museum design and construction components are by Split Rock Studios of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
